In home care, great outcomes depend on great people—and great people depend on systems that help them get hired, onboarded, and supported without drowning managers in paperwork.

In 2025, Homecare Pro stayed focused on a simple mission: take HR admin off home care agencies’ plates so leaders can move faster, stay compliant, and scale with confidence.

Below is a deeper look at what we shipped, what our customers accomplished, and where we’re headed next.

Customer impact: faster onboarding, less admin, better compliance

Homecare Pro helps agency teams onboard caregivers quickly, manage HR compliance, and automate the manual work that keeps organizations from growing.

This year, that translated into measurable impact:

  • 13,062 caregivers onboarded
  • 24,778 caregivers kept compliant
  • 323,460 total hours saved
  • 2.1 average days to onboard a caregiver
  • 6.4 days saved per location each month
  • 83% of HR compliance admin automated (completed without manager involvement)

For agency operators, these numbers represent something very real: fewer bottlenecks, fewer fire drills, and more time back every week for recruiting, scheduling, client experience, and team leadership.

Growth: scaling across the country

Home care is local—but the need for better HR automation is everywhere.

In 2025, Homecare Pro expanded to support more agencies and more caregivers across the U.S.:

  • 477 agency locations added
  • 29 states served

This growth matters because it reflects a broader shift: agencies are increasingly expecting modern systems that reduce administrative load, improve the caregiver experience, and provide real-time visibility into compliance status.

Partnerships: building with the ecosystem

No agency runs on one system. Scheduling, payroll, hiring, compliance, communications—each plays a role in whether a caregiver can get cleared and working quickly.

This year, we broadened strategic alliances with home care vendors and communities, including:

  • AxisCare (Integration Partner)
  • Homecare CEO (Resource Partner)
  • Holton Career (Vendor Partner)

Partnerships like these help ensure that Homecare Pro fits naturally into existing operations—so agencies can adopt automation without ripping and replacing the tools they already rely on.

Integrations: deeper automation across the HR stack

A major theme of 2025 was expanding integrations to increase the depth of HR admin automation and fulfillment we bring to agencies.

We continued to grow and strengthen connectivity across key categories:

Scheduling & EMR

  • WellSky
  • AxisCare
  • AlayaCare
  • Rosemark
  • MEDSYS
  • eRSP (and more)

Hiring & ATS

  • Apploi
  • HelloHire
  • (and more)

Payroll

  • Paychex
  • Paycor
  • (and more)

Communications

  • CareQ (and more)

The goal is straightforward: reduce duplicate data entry, minimize gaps between systems, and automate the workflows that typically require manual follow-up from office teams.

Case studies: what customers achieved with Homecare Pro

We’re proud of the results—but we’re even more proud of what those results enabled.

Across 2025, customers used Homecare Pro to open capacity, say “yes” more often, and scale without adding admin burden at the same rate as headcount.

Here are a few themes we heard repeatedly:

  • More operational flexibility for schedulers
  • Less “paperwork drag” slowing down caregiver readiness
  • Reduced stress on managers and office teams
  • Confidence that requirements are being handled consistently

If you’re exploring what HR automation can look like in practice, our case studies highlight real agency outcomes across onboarding, compliance, and growth.

What we’re building toward in 2026

The home care industry is at an inflection point. Agencies are facing increasing compliance pressure, tighter labor markets, and growing expectations for speed and transparency—all while margins remain thin.

In 2026, we’re doubling down on what matters most:

  • Making onboarding even faster from “candidate” to “ready to schedule”
  • Expanding automation coverage across more requirements and edge cases
  • Improving caregiver and manager experiences through clearer workflows and self-service
  • Deepening integrations so HR admin gets handled where agencies already work

Thank you

To our customers, partners, and the Homecare Pro team: thank you for your trust and collaboration this year. We’re just getting started taking HR admin off home care agencies’ plates—and we’re excited for what we’ll deliver together in 2026.
