Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Homecare Pro offers a referral reward of $500 to eligible individuals who refer new home care agencies that become paying customers. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  • Referrers must be 18 years or older.
  • The program is open to any individual, including agency managers, caregivers, and external contacts.
  • Each referrer may receive up to 10 referral bonuses per calendar year.
  • To qualify for a referral reward, referrers must register as an affiliate here and ensure their referral is linked to their affiliate account before the referred agency signs a contract.
  • The referred agency must be a net-new customer, not currently under contract, in discussion, or previously referred by another party.

Referral Reward

  • The total reward is $500 per eligible referral, paid in two parts:
    • $250 when the referred agency signs a contract and pays the onboarding invoice.
    • $250 after the referred agency remains a paying customer for 60 consecutive days.
  • Rewards will be paid via PayPal.
  • Payouts will be processed within 30 days of each milestone being verified.

Referral Attribution

  • Only the first verified referral of an agency is eligible for a reward.
  • If multiple individuals refer the same agency, the referral linked to the earliest verified affiliate submission will receive attribution.
  • Referrals must be submitted through the affiliate’s unique link or properly associated with their affiliate account prior to the referred agency signing a contract.
  • Each referral submission must include valid contact information for both:
    • The referrer (affiliate)
    • The referred agency
  • Referral rewards will not be granted for:
    • Agencies already in contact with Homecare Pro
    • Agencies previously referred by another individual

Program Rules and Administration

  • Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will be disqualified.
  • Homecare Pro reserves the right to:
    • Determine the eligibility of referrals and participants.
    • Modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time.
    • Withhold or revoke rewards in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these terms.
  • All decisions made by Homecare Pro regarding the program are final.
