How registry checks work in Homecare Pro
A caregiver is added

Homecare Pro runs the checks
OIG and SAM run automatically, along with the other registries your agency needs for the caregiver’s state.
Results are filed
Clear results go straight to the caregiver’s record, and results that need review go to your team.
Checks repeat for active caregivers
Homecare Pro reruns OIG and SAM checks on a schedule, so results stay current.
